Senator letter ref LEGISLATION

Thanks to a concerned Canadian for sharing this letter -- feel free to share with your Senators!

Dear Senator:

I am a Canadian citizen who has lived in this amazing country all of my life.  I am very saddened and concerned about the state of our nation, and the drastic policies our government has taken over the last 4 years.

In particular – the Government of Canada’s proposed new Bill C – 293: “An Act respecting pandemic prevention and preparedness” raises questions and concerns about the proposed changes to health measures in Canada, and the open-ended, sweeping powers that this bill would give our government and health authorities.  This bill basically hands our individual health autonomy over to the government of Canda, who in turn, are following a globalist agenda of a “One Health Approach”.

One Health Approach / Farming / Great Barrington Declaration:

In the preamble to the bill, it states that the “One Health Approach…. Focusses on human, animal, plant and ecosystem health and welfare.”  Then, in Section 3.(l) , (m), it states that farming can contribute to pandemic risk.   The bill plans to regulate or phase out commercial farming activities and live animal markets.  It also talks of  changes to land use, and the promotion of alternative protein sources.  Farming is the backbone of life in Canada; this bill would seek to extinguish farming as we know it in this great country!

Sections 3 (n), (o) discusses Canada’s role on the global scale with respect to our collaboration with certain global agencies: “WHO, United Nations Environment Programme, World Organization for Animal Health, and the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations”.  This globalist position stems back to the “One Health Approach”, whereby  ALL people of ALL nations follow the same protocol for health measures.

According to the Great Barrington Declaration, we should be calling for focussed protection, when it comes to infectious diseases.  The declaration states:  “Adopting measures to protect the vulnerable should be the central aim of public health response.”

The declaration also states: “Those who are not vulnerable should immediately be allowed to resume life as normal”.

Travel / Canadian Passport / Canadian Charter of Rights:

Section 3.(p) of the bill  talks of the involvement of the Minister of Transport.  This raises concerns about  possible future travel restrictions, as were imposed previously by the Canadian Government.  The right to travel is paramount in Canada, as is stated on a Canadian passport:  “The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada requests, in the name of Her Majesty the Queen, all those whom it may concern to allow the bearer to pass freely, without delay or hindrance, and to afford the bearer such assistance and protection as may be necessary.”   Also, according to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, we are free to travel: Section 6.(1) of the charter states: “Every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada”.

Personal & Medical Rights/ Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms / Nuremberg Code/ National Citizens Inquiry:

According to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, we are all free citizens with the right to make our own choices.  Section 7  - Life, Liberty and security of person. of the Charter guarantees our personal rights,  which can NOT be taken away by our government: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.”

Section 3.(n) of Bill C-293 seeks to: “Ensure equitable access to vaccines, testing equipment and treatment.”  It is paramount that these procedures be done safely, with informed consent, and with the individual in mind.  The Nuremberg Code stresses the importance of informed consent:  “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential …  sufficient knowledge and comprehension “.  The Nuremberg Code goes on to say that medical procedures should not: “Be conducted where there is a prior reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur”.   Neither the Canadian Government or any of its health agencies,  or any such agencies across the world, has demonstrated any proof of such evidence that supports the safety and efficacy of the mRNA injections.  While, doctors, immunologists and scientists around the have studied and cited evidence of death and injury related to the mRNA vaccines.  Many of these experts have testified at the National Citizens Inquiry hearings across the country.  The NCI hearings exposed many truths about the mRNA vaccines.  As a nation, we must not go down this road again!!!

Personal Rights/ Surveillance/ Canadian Bill of Rights:

Section 3.(g) of Bill C-293 talks of the establishment and interlinking of surveillance systems within and outside of Canada.  This goes against our very rights to privacy  and security as Canadian citizens, as outlined in Section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.”  The Canadiana Bill of Rights also outlines our right to security: Section 1.(a) affirms: “ The right, liberty and security of person”.

“The charter protects those basic rights and freedoms of all Canadians that are considered essential to preserving Canada as a free and democratic country” . This includes our right to make our own decisions regarding our health and way of life.  Please uphold the charter and help to preserve this great nation as a free and democratic Canada.  Please consider all these factors when voting on the proposed Bill C-293.  I implore you, as fellow Canadian citizens, to do the right thing by all Canadians, and vote NO to Bill C-293!!

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Concerned Canadian Citizen
