How C-293 = Totalitarianism

This letter was written by a concerned citizen to both MPs and Senators BEFORE the Bill went through the House of Commons.  Much of the content can still be resent to the Senate now. It also references the canny overlap between Bill C-293 and the c40 Cities agenda.

BILL C-293 IS TOTALITARIANISM FOR CANADA – LET’S TAKE ACTION NOW!

Bill C-293 proposes that Canada adopt the Pandemic Prevention and Preparedness Act, the stated

goal of which is “to prevent the risk of and prepare for future pandemics.” 1 The Act does not define

“risk” or “pandemic”, but it does suggest that we the people, along with other life on earth, are

the risky factors that must be controlled.

 “The pandemic prevention and preparedness plan must … identify the key drivers of pandemic

risk and describe how Canadian activities, domestic and abroad, contribute to the risk.”

 “A One Health approach … that focuses on the human, animal, plant and ecosystem health and

welfare interface — is central to preventing the risk of future pandemics.”

The Bill C-293 health protection Act does not include a single health-promoting measure. No

mention of the importance of a healthy diet, strong family and community ties, an adequate

standard of living and meaningful work. In fact, a healthy diet seems to be the very thing they

don’t want us to have.

The big brains at Harvard have decided that agriculture causes deforestation and habitat loss,

and that agriculture and livestock farms can cause “animals or people [to] share germs.” 2

Section 2l of the Act identifies activities that must be “regulated” or “phased out” to “reduce the risk”

that they will “lead to a pandemic.” These include “animal agriculture”, “activities that involve high-risk

species”, “commercial wildlife trade”, “live animal markets” and “other commercial activities”. The

expropriation of private land will be justified to control “deforestation”, “encroachment on wildlife

habitats and urbanization.” 3 “Manufacturing” and “supply chain gaps” will be monitored. In case the

phasing out of vital parts of the Canadian economy, including agriculture, forestry and other

commercial activities, leaves us feeling hungry, the Act will “promote … the production of alternative

proteins.” In other words, they want us to eat a chemical soup of non-food rather than meat, dairy

and vegetables.

The idea that we the people must stop emitting carbon and causing climate change is a popular

one among globalists. The C40 Cities report 4 states “action to reduce consumption will be necessary

as part of the global effort to mitigate climate change” (pg 9). The report proposes the following

“ambitious targets for reduced consumption by 2030.”

 Food (pg. 78): 0 kg meat consumption; 0 kg dairy consumption, 2500 kcal food per day

 Clothing (pg. 82): 3 new clothing items per person per year

 Transportation (pg. 86): 0 private vehicles

 Aviation (pg. 90): one short-haul flight (<1500 km) every 3 years per person.

The globalists plan to achieve these goals with oppressive AI surveillance of all our activities.

The irony is that AI surveillance uses massive amounts of energy, and their chosen sources

(nuclear and ‘renewable’) are the opposite of environmentally friendly, resulting in massive

emissions, deforestation, habitat destruction, and toxic waste. Energy consumption is okay for

them but not for us.

Bill C-293 gives the Minister of Health (or designate) broad powers of control over national and

provincial governments within Canada, while at the same time stipulating that the Health

Minister will be the chief Canadian puppet of the UN global governance system. The Minister of

Health’s Plan must “Set out key cooperative measures … between the Government of Canada, other

foreign governments and key international organizations, including the World Health Organization, the

United Nations Programme, the World Organization for Animal Health and the Food and Agriculture

Organization of the United Nations” (Section 2o). The Plan will ensure tight control of information (2d,

2e, 2f, 2kii), with “interlinking surveillance systems … in Canada and … outside Canada” (2g).

Movement across borders will be controlled (2p), and “equitable access to vaccines” will be

ensured (2n).

In short, the oligarchs have noticed their fiat money is worthless, so they want to control

everything of value on the planet, including life and everything that supports life. Similar Acts are

being rolled out across the western world, all “using the threat of imaginary public health

emergencies to pass legislation that [removes] our fundamental freedoms: the right to privacy,

property, and life.” 5 The globalist scope of Bill C-293 suggests that Canada may adopt controls

used by other countries, such as the powers of quarantine, isolation, medical examinations and

interventions contained in Northern Ireland’s Bill, 6 or England’s requirement that all chickens

must be registered with the Animal Plant Health Agency (APHA). 7

Here's How We Can Stop Bill C-293

Canada can help people all over the world if we act now. Bill C-293 passed third reading in the

House of Commons on June 5, 2024. It is currently before the Senate on second reading.

Politicians will follow the easy route of compliance unless we send a strong message.

Conservative Opposition leader Pierre Poilievre voted against Bill C-293 on third reading, but he

has never spoken publicly against the Bill. NDP leader Jagmeet Singh voted to support the bill.

We need to pressure all politicians, demanding that they prevent passage of this Bill. They need

to understand that Bill C-293 hands Canada over to the WHO. Addresses for politicians are

listed at the bottom of this message.

 Write your message. Your own personalized message is the most powerful, no matter if

it is one sentence or many. Emails are good and paper letters sent by mail are even

more effective. There is no cost to mailing letters to politicians. Phone calls are quick and

powerful. Demand a response within one week.

 Write or call the Federal opposition leaders (Pierre Polievre and Jagmeet Singh).

 Also send the message to your MP and all Canadian senators. Ask them what they are

going to do to Kill Bill C-293.

 Call or write to your MLA, your premier, and preferably all premiers in Canada. Tell the

premiers how they can take legal action against Bill C-293 under Section 92 of the

Canadian constitution, which outlines the provincial jurisdiction over health and

agriculture.
