C-293 HANDOUTS
This Bill was first proposed in November 2022. Much has been learned since that time. As Canadians increasingly see the ties between Bill C-293 and the global overreach coming out of World Health Organization and the United Nations, they are looking at Bill C-293 with fresh, more critical eyes and are finding the current wording of the Bill totally UNSUITABLE to an evidence-based management of future pandemics and the ability of our health officials to respond to evolving issues within an Canadian context. SEVEN reasons NOT to let the Bill stay as it is:
1) It does NOT prevent pandemics - There is solid research to show that while pathogens can emerge from the animal world, in order to have true pandemic potential, they must be further enhanced. Every major pandemic of the last 40 + years is tied to bioweapons research. 2) It is disconnected from other emergency response planning - i.e. the emergency response plans that were ready to go but then sidelined by PHAC in 2020 (Here are 2 emergency response planners discussing how fatal that decision was - https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/witness/lt-col-david-redman/ & https://nationalcitizensinquiry.ca/witness/dean-beaudry/ . Since the Bill was written 2 years ago, we have since had the announcements of the MInistry of Health and Innovation Combination project Health Emergency Readiness Canada; we have the Chief Science Officer of Canada declaring a role in Emergency management, and of course we have Public Safety Canada with their emergency planning and response mandates. The last section of Bill C-293 proposes PHAC authorizing someone to take over emergency planning without any reference to existing structures, budgets, mandates, etc. etc. Outside of all this potential OVERLAP, there is the matter of PHAC's complete loss of moral authority as a voice for public health. Are you aware of the evidence pointing at PHAC dishonesty re: COVID-19 mRNA vaccines? 3) It only mentions ramping up vaccine production. There is no mention of non-vaccine therapeutics proven to prevent and treat illness.
4) It clearly represents FOREIGN INTERFERENCE. It comes from BigPharma controlled and unelected foreign NGO 'implementation guides' written and passed along to governments. 6) It does NOTHING to prevent future harms of lockdowns, vaccine mandates, etc.
7) It can ONLY lead to more economic crises and worsened health outcomes. (Each time you tinker with one sector of the economy, you have a ripple effect. —>to fight off disease without the use of pharmaceutical products?
—>to support immunocompromised people?
—>reflecting what is known about good health (food, nutrition, clean air/water, sleep, etc.)?
—>about dealing with local conditions locally?
—>about the costs of increasing surveillance?
—>dealing with potential conflicts of interest when it comes to vaccine approvals?
—>the major reason viruses are artificially made more dangerous (for bioweapons development)
—>to ensure mistakes made during COVID-19 are not repeated and current evidence is used
BUT the Bill includes:
—>a focus on regulating agriculture, wildlife habitats, wildlife trade, land use & development
—>an undefined advisory committee, an undefined pandemic coordinator’s office with unspecified authority, oversight & budget.
