Your choice depending on $$ avaialble:

get them printed at the print shop (on stiffer paper) = delux version; 

print them at home (color or b/w) and mail in envelopes (free to MP's Ottawa address) = midrange version;

add to emails = lowest cost version

Handwritten messages (on the back of the postcard) can include any of the questions that come to mind or that are listed on this site. Add a request for a reply.  For example: Dear... I am very concerned about Canada's decision re: the WHO Pandemic Treaty and IHR Ammendments and I have this question: ......
