July 19 (Originally posted June 27) David Bell and Dr. Thi Thuy Van Dinh wrote an article on the increasing push toward a climate crisis via the varous UN agencies in advance of the next Summit of the Future in New York on 22-23 September 2024.  They state:  It is a vast political program covering the noblest of causes including poverty reduction, human rights, environment, climate change, development, and the welfare and rights of children, youth, and women. July 19 (Originally posted July 11) ON journallist Chris George comments on aspects of the United Nations "Sustainable Development" Agenda, Agenda 2030, ESGs and more. Given that the UN is the overarching organization of the WHO, we will post commentary on this topic, leading up to the Chris George wrote: "The all-encompassing set of 17 goals is not driven by a western classical liberal ethos of ensuring a good standard of living by providing conditions for all to excel (that fundamental belief that a high tide lifts all boats). July 19 (Originally posted July 4) Australian https://australiaexitsthewho.com site posts various items of interest. Recently they featured "Who is They?" which links to data on the immunities given many major NGOs and central banks. Accordig to the researcher who complied this, the Bank of International Settlements is at the top of the power pyramid and NGOs like GAVI, along with the UN and WHO are quite a bit further down in terms of influence and authority.

July 18, 2024. The American Sovereinty Coalition is lobbying its senators to demand to rule on (and then to reject) the International Health Reguations recently passed at the WHO. https://sovereignty.substack.com/p/reject-the-whos-amended-regulations - In Canada, there is currently no such movement.  It appears unclear how/if/when the IHR are to be dealt with here. 

July 16-17, 2024 James Roguski comments on the upcoming 2 days of negotiations.

July 12, 2024 James Roguski shared the meeting agenda for continued work on the WHO Pandemic Treaty aka Pandemic Agreement. Meetings start July 16-17 and continue in September. https://jamesroguski.substack.com/p/pandemic-treaty-negotiations-resume  Roguski shares the text that has been agreed upon so far (i.e.  that WHO is the "directing and coordinating authority on international health work, including on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response"; that "provisions of the Pandemic Agreement apply both during and between pandemics" ; and many more items related to the production and distribution of "pandemic-related health products".

July 2, 2024 (originally posted June 28) James Roguski states: "NOW is the time to reinvigorate our opposition to Big Pharma’s control over the WHO and over our own governments"  and reminds readers of the upcoming meeting to continue work on the Pandemic Treaty from July 16-17 stating: "On Saturday June 1, 2024, the 77th World Health Assembly DID adopt amendments to the International Health Regulations and they also agreed to extend the negotiations of a new “Pandemic Agreement” for at least one full year while leaving open the option of holding a special session of the World Health Assembly if consensus can be reached on the proposed “Pandemic Agreement” before the end of 2024." Rogulski share the concern about the ammendments to the International Health Regulations that were passed: "The solution that was agreed upon was to create a “Coordinating Financial Mechanism” to facilitate a massive transfer of wealth in order to build manufacturing and distribution capacity on a geographically distributed basis. Articles 13, 44, 44bis and 54bis set the groundwork for a scheme to transfer an unlimited amount of financial resources without defining the details regarding where the money would be coming from, to whom it will be given or what the priorities are to be. The amendments also completely fail to set up any type of requirements for auditing this massive wealth transfer which will enable massive conflicts of interest and corruption." July 2, 2024 (originally posted June 28) The author of the "Interest of Justice" substack reminds readers that work on the WHO Pandemic Treaty is set to resume soon - it didn't pass at the WHA, but behind the scenes committees will soon get back to work with a May 2025 target date for completion. IOJ shares: " Tenth meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) for a WHO instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response 16 – 17 July 2024  The meeting will consider and agree on the INB’s workplan and meeting schedule and, as appropriate, updates to the INB’s method of work, ...the opening and closing plenary sessions of the INB will be open to WHO Member States, Associate Members, Observers and regional economic integration organizations, as well all relevant stakeholders. It is anticipated that the open sessions will be publicly webcast and archived for later viewing." IOJ had previously launched court action when it became clear that some stakeholders like GAVI, World Bank and Amnesty International, are allowed access while dissenting voices like Interest of Justice are not.

IOJ also writes: The “Pandemic Agreement” seeks to incentivize and reward the search for pathogens with pandemic potential by setting up a WHO Coordinated Laboratory Network to submit genetic information to the Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing (PABS) System, leading to the development of highly profitable products to be provided through the WHO Global Distribution and Logistics Network.

Of great concern is the fact that the “Pandemic Agreement” is structured to be a framework convention, much like the Framework Convention On Climate Change. Adoption of such a framework convention would set up an ongoing Conference of the Parties that would meet on a yearly basis to adopt protocols in a manner that would occur largely without public input and outside of public scrutiny. The planned expenditures would be obligatory and could wind up costing countries enormous funding for experimental interventions and censorship that should be prevented, and the funding could go to much better things than the treaty would mandate in our opinion." What is Happening? - Background info

The World Health Organization is seeking global governance. They want to become a legislative authority instead of an advisory board, giving them extraordinary powers. Behind the scenes, significant developments are underway that will impact our individual and national sovereignty – developments that are not being shared in mainstream media? The WHO is proposing a new Pandemic Treaty and 300 amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). If passed, what used to be recommendations from the WHO will become law. The WHO's director general, who is not elected by the people, will become the single most powerful bureaucrat in the world and single handedly can declare a pandemicor potential pandemic at any time.

Will this put our basic human rights and freedoms at risk? ...and why does such an huge change need to happen so quickly?

Why do we need to be concerned?

The WHO does what funders tell them to do...You may think of the WHO as an organization that works to protect the health and well being of WE the people. It can be said that, in the beginning (1946), the WHO did do good things for the world. Now, 78 years later, it is important to understand the WHO's funding model. 20-25% of their funding comes from private sources (big pharma). The remaining 80% comes from the richest organizations in the world. Here is the concern - and this is just one of many - to ensure continued funding from year to year, the WHO likely makes decisions that benefit their funders. Ultimately the WHO will prioritize the needs and demands of their funders over the rights and freedoms of the people - PROFIT before SAFETY. Decision making would be handed over to international technocrats rather than elected leaders. Top this up with the new laws that will be put in place if the 300 amendments to the IHR and treaty are accepted and we could be signing up for a world without sovereignty.

DISCLAIMER re: promoting "MISINFORMATION"

We continually hear "fact checkers" or "misinformation experts" say that to mention a potential loss of national sovereignty if these two documents are signed is to "promote misinformation". It is TRUE that there is a section in the Pandemic Treaty that states that NONE of the terms here will impact the sovereigny of the nations. YET that wording does not align with the wording of the many other sections in both documents. "Fact checkers" need to look more closely at all the terms and gain and understanding of their implications.

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.
