C-293 ARCHVIVE (Pandemic Prep) 

Thankfully, with the prorogation of Parliament prior to the latest federal election, Bill C-293, the "Pandemic Prevention and Preparedness Bill",  fell off the order paper. However, Bills introduced at the start of this new session contain certain similar elements. Some who follow the behind-the-scenes news closely worry that a new "Pandemic Preparation" type of bill will be implemented OR that once the WHO IHR are in force, much of what C-293 was leading to will automatically be put into place.
